Corexalys Strategic Committee

Our Strategic Committee aims to support Corexalys in its strategic thinking and development in France and abroad. It helps the Management to better understand different environments in order for Corexalys to grow. The Committee is composed of independent members, qualified by their experience or expertise. It provides critical insight into Corexalys' orientations in order to become a model of shared knowledge and expert know-how.

André-Jacques AUBERTON-HERVÉ

After managing several joint development programs between the Electronics and Information Technology Laboratory of the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA-LETI) and Thomson-CSF, André-Jacques AUBERTON-HERVÉ co-founded Soitec in 1992 and served as its President until 2015. He is currently President Emeritus of the company.

In 2015, André-Jacques AUBERTON-HERVÉ founded his consulting group 4A Consulting & Engineering.

He has been an active member of the world trade association Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) since 2005. In 2010, he was elected as Chairman of the European SEMI Advisory Committee and, in 2013, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SEMI International. He is also the first President of the SOI Consortium, of which he is still is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors.

Having received the Legion of Honour (“Officier de la Légion d’Honneur”) and the National Order of Merit (“Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite”), he won, in 2006, the Prize for Creative Boldness from the hands of President Jacques Chirac and, in 2007, the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Prize.

He is the author of the book "De l'Audace", translated into English as "Eurodacity", in which he questions the economic models of French and European companies in the era of industry 4.0.

Bernard BARBIER

Bernard BARBIER has had a very diversified professional career in very high level strategic technical and scientific fields, including High Performance Computing (HPC), nuclear simulation, cryptology and cryptanalysis, technical intelligence, cyber operation, cyber security and cyber defense, cyber crisis management, etc.

During his career Bernard BARBIER held the positions of Director of Information Systems at the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA), Director of the Information Technology Electronics Laboratory (LETI) from 1996 to 2006. Bernard BARBIER was Technical Director of the DGSE until 2013, then responsible for internal cyber security for the Capgemini group. He also created his own cyber security consulting company, BBCyber.

Edouard GUILLAUD

Admiral Edouard Guillaud entered the Naval College in 1973. During his career  within the French Navy, he was notably Commander of the « Charles de Gaulle » aircraft carrier. He joined the French Presidency in 2002 as a navy deputy of the particular staff of the President of the Republic and then chief of the particular staff of the President of the Republic in 2006. In 2010 he was appointed chief of staff of the armed forces (CEMA), position he held until 2014. He then left the active duty to take over the management of the French government armament export company (ODAS) until 2017.

He is now an independant consultant in geostrategy and risk analysis, in particular in connection with new technologies.

Grand officer of the Legion of Honour, Knight Commander of the British Empire, grand officer of the order of merit of Malte order, Commander of the US Legion of Merit, Admiral Edouard Guillaud is also a member of the Navy Academy, of the national society of sea rescuers (SNSM) and of the French Yacht Club.

Alain JUILLET

Honorary Chairman of the club of corporate security managers (CDSE), Alain JUILLET has managed numerous French and foreign companies such as Ricard, Jacobs Suchard, l'Union Laitière Normande and Marks and Spencer France. Alain JUILLET was then appointed Director of Intelligence at the DGSE. Then, until 2009, he held the position of Senior Manager for Economic Intelligence, reporting to the Prime Minister.

Since then, Alain JUILLET has joined the law firm Orrick Rambaud Martel as Senior Advisor and provides consulting services for large French companies. Raised to the rank of Commander of the Légion d’Honneur, President of the Académie d'Intelligence Economique, he also chairs the “Centre national de théâtre” and the “Théatre Muscial” of Saint Céré-Figeac in the Midi Pyrénées.

Pascal PINCEMIN

Pascal PINCEMIN built a successful professional career at Deloitte, having joined the firm in 1985 and worked as a financial auditor and consultant. He was co-opted as partner in 1994, before joining Deloitte France’s executive management. As a member of the executive team, Pascal PINCEMIN was, in turns, responsible for audit and financial advisory services, for the business development of “Key Accounts”, for industries and for the strategy. He also acted as Head of Aerospace Defence industry.
As a member of Deloitte’s global management team, he headed for four years the group’s strategic Clients / Industries programmes, covering all Deloitte’s member firms globally.
He launched his own consulting firm – PPI Consulting - in 2018.

 

Pascal PINCEMIN regularly speaks in the media and professional conferences about key trends affecting the aerospace and defence industry. He is a member of the publishing committee of Paris Air Forum. He also led the editing of collective works: “La Défense sans Fard” with the Centre for Strategic and Prospective Studies (CEPS), and Deloitte’s strategic report “Cybersecurity in the Aerospace Defence Industry”.

Patrick SAYER


Patrick SAYER built his career at Maison Lazard & Cie, which he joined in 1982. Initially appointed Deputy Director of Lazard Financial Instruments & Co. and then as Director, he was subsequently promoted to Manager and then Managing Partner before taking up the position of Managing Director and then Senior Advisor of Lazard Frères & Co. LLC in New York.

He was appointed as Chairman of the Investment Committee of Lazard & Cie in 1997, and he was also named Chairman of the Eurazeo Executive Board in 2002, a position he held until 2018. In 2016, he founded his consulting company, Augusta.

Patrick SAYER is a member of ANF's supervisory board. He is a director of Accor, Europcar, Tech Data Corp. and the National Association of Joint Stock Companies (“l'Association nationale des sociétés par actions.”) He was President of the French Private Equity Association (“Association française des investisseurs en capital, AFIC”) from 2006 to 2007. He has also been a member of the Lawyers' Club since 2007. In addition to receiving the Legion of Honour (“Officier de la Légion d’Honneur”), he has been a judge (“juge consulaire”) at the Paris Commercial Court since 2014.
